• Without native language support, users and developers are limited.
• Direct localization (without internationalization) has a problem in version upgrade and require huge effort to continue support of native languages.
• We need to have an efficient and sustainable way to deliver local language support.

New Language support
was added, added, and added. No control over the multiple language versions.

There are also a lot of duplicated efforts.

Localization needs to be reworked for every version upgrade.
