Center for International Cooperation for Computerization (CICC), Singapore Office conducted five days Asia OSS Master Trainers Workshop with Open University Malaysia from February 5th to 9th 2007.

1. Key Information

Duration:	Five days, February 5th to 9th 2007
Venue:	Open University Malaysia Tingkat 3, Bangunan Angkasa Raya, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
No. of participants:	72 participants from 14 countries
Accommodation for oversea participants:	Vistana Hotel 9 Jalan Lumut, Off Jalan Ipoh, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Dress code:	Informal and no need for tie and jacket

2. Objective

To consolidate OSS Essentials Training Material developed as part of Asia OSS training and workshop
To establish networks with OSS community from IT industry in Asia (to increase industry participation)
To improve participation of IT professionals working for Japanese firms or involved in Japanese cooperation projects in Asia
To Develop training material in the areas of OSS application and deployment (new topic)

6. Expected Results
